Daniel A. MacDonald  

Dan MacDonald received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, in 1970. Dan graduated from Law School in the top 10% of his class and received the Order of Coif Award.  Dan is certified to practice in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in the State of Wisconsin. Dan’s primary area of practice is litigation, although he also handles estate planning and probate matters, commercial leases, business acquisitions, contracts and human relations issue.

Prior litigation matters have involved: automobile accidents, defective products, legal malpractice, traumatic brain injury, brain injury from carbon monoxide poisoning, work-related injuries, slips and falls, wrongful deaths, electrical shock injuries, and property damage claims resulting from construction defects. Dan has also been involved in the litigation of a number of Fair Dealership cases, trade secret cases, cases involving covenants not to compete and/or confidentiality agreements, theft of computer data, misappropriation of intellectual property, contract  litigation, construction litigation and construction lien litigation, insurance coverage litigation, storm water runoff damage cases, construction defect cases, warranty claims involving residential homes or condominiums, and a large variety of other commercial claim litigation.
