Timothy F. Umland


Tim Umland has been with the firm as an associate attorney since June of 2007.  

Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Tim was a law clerk at the firm while attending the University of Wisconsin Law School.  Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, cum laude, in May of 2007.  

Tim’s practice includes all matters relating to business transactions, including hotel sales and development, commercial leasing, business organizations, finance, land acquisition and residential real estate.  

Tim is a member of the Emerging Leadership Board of the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center (“UWCCC”), an organization designed to generate awareness of the UWCCC through volunteer work and fundraising events.
